I liked that the sale price and promo details were shown right away. Uh, there weren’t any weird surprises at checkout, and the discount applied exactly like it said it would. The shipping info was clear too, so it made it easier to decide before buying. Overall, it was a good experience.

"Lift kit turned out fine, but timing wasn’t great"
I had 4 Wheel Parts put a lift kit on my truck, and the work turned out alright in the end. I haven’t noticed nothing unsafe or sketchy so far, so that part’s good. The main issue was the timing. They told me it’d be done the same day, but it ended up taking longer, and I didn’t really get many updates unless I called first. The staff was nice enough, just seemed busy. I’d maybe go back again, but next time I’d definitely ask more questions up front.

I ordered from 4wheelparts and the delivery went smoothly. The box had a couple small scuffs on it, but nothing that mattered, and everything inside was packed well and in good shape.
The driver left it right by my garage like I asked, which was simple and useful. No hassle, no waiting around all day, and I’m happy with how it all showed up.

"Pretty quick overall, just a short wait"
I ordered a set of shocks and a few small parts online, and they were able to get me an install appointment for later that same week, which was better than I expected. Everything was straightforward and the timing was about what they told me.

Pickup took a little longer because it was busy around the counter, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, the turnaround was quick and the service was solid enough that I’d use them again.

Stopped in to check out a lift kit and grab a few small parts. The guy at the counter was actually helpful and, thankfully, didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff I clearly didn’t need. Prices were fine, I guess, not exactly a steal, but not outrageous either. I did have to wait around for a bit, which was super fun, but overall it was a good visit and I’d probably go back.

The refund did eventually come through, so I’m glad that got sorted. It just took a bit longer than I expected, and the lack of clear updates was annoying. I would’ve felt a lot better about the whole thing if they had communicated what was going on instead of leaving me guessing
